Allegro Surgical Weight thigh highs for men and women feature a silicone dot top band, and are available with a closed or open toe. These stockings are made from surgical weight fabric woven with a patented "float stitch" to create a precision gradient support stocking. The Allegro brand provides quality comfort and support identical to the famous brands that cost two to three times more.

This stocking provides 30-40 mmHg of gradient compression and should be worn under a doctor's supervision. This level helps relieve severe varicosities, severe edema (swelling), and chronic venous insufficiency. It helps during healing after surgical and sclerotherapy procedures and helps prevent venous ulcerations. This level also helps relieve superficial thrombophlebitis.
