This, in combination with a good evaporation rate, helps you feel more comfortable. Interwoven, evenly dispersed silicone yarns in the inside of the top band help keep stockings in place. Opaque design offers breathability and a subtle, fashionable look. Moderate 15-20 mmHg graduated compression improves circulation for better leg health.
